    温馨提示:这道菜可以以火锅的形式呈献,边炖边吃,也可以蘸酱油和辣椒同吃。建议最后吃完鸡肉,可以加入米饭或面条一起享用。

    Step 1

    土鸡洗净切块备用。Wash the chicken and cut into pieces for later use.

    Step 2

    熟木瓜去皮去籽,切块洗净备用。Peel and deseed the ripe papaya, cut into pieces, wash and set aside.

    Step 3

    取锅加入姜蒜和木瓜再倒入2.5公升的清水大火煮沸,捞去浮沫,调小火煮20分钟。Take a pot, add ginger, garlic and papaya, then pour in 2.5 liters of water and bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes after remove the foam.

    Step 4
